Create Flow for your businesses value streams, improve your efficiency, create predictability and free up your most precious assets, your cash and your peoples time.
Grow your competitive reputation, increase profits and lift market share as a result of your unmatched customer satisfaction rating and overall operational efficiency.
The AME is a not-for-profit organisation, focused on expanding the knowledge available to people in their pursuit of business excellence through the application of Lean Thinking concepts & practices.
AME encourages you to take advantage of this opportunity, to stretch your network, meet with other delegates, visit other trade exhibitors, and most importantly set yourself and your company with a Lean strategy – one that our sponsors and the AME can, and will, support you to achieve.
The Registration Desk is open during the following times: Monday, 24 February 7.30am – 5.30pm
Ian Glenday will be joining Professor Peter Hines as the International Keynote Speakers at the AME Conference.
We are honoured to have these two distinguished Speakers and award winning authors, who bring together their experience from overseas and within Australia, on what it takes to be successful, and provide us with practical examples on how companies are doing just that.
Ian Glenday’s book “Lean RFS (Repetitive Flexible Supply) – Putting the Pieces Together ” has recently won the 2013 Shingo Publication Award. His approach to applying Lean in many types of industries is refreshingly different, instructive and entertaining.
Professor Peter Hines has undertaken extensive research into Lean Thinking and Supply Chain Management and pioneered a number of key concepts, widely applied in Europe and Australia. Peter’s book “Staying Lean” first published in 2008, won the 2009 Shingo Research and Professional Publication Prize award.
In addition to this exciting UK line up we also welcome Mark Baker, the Director, Global Partnerships at the Executive Education Programs: Shingo Institute. Mark will provide delegates with an interesting keynote on the Shingo Prize, Global Operational Excellence Model.
The 2014 Conference also consists of an impressive line-up of Australian speakers, who are leaders in their profession, have achieved significant results or have an innovative approach on how they are taking their journey.
The program will be a multi-stream program providing attendees with ideas and methods for developing and sharing best practices in a diverse range of sectors and settings. The subject matter will be presented via keynote presentations, workshops and case study presentations.
The industries represented at the Conference will be a cross-section from the Construction, Food and Beverage, Automotive, Healthcare, Education, IT, Financial, Transportation, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas and Mining Industries.
